Double room in gorgeous beachfront apartment in SCARBOROUGH, Western Australia for sale

HI there!
So we've just found the most amazing flat!! It's situated right on the beachfront in scarborough and offers a 132m2 balcony over the sea!
It's a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment only 2 years old. With a outdoor swimming pool and BBQ areas for residents and beach access. Theres also undercover car parking.
WE are two friends ( 29yo and 30 yo) just moved over from england working as doctors in the city. We work full time but both love the outdoors and keen to start surfing, more running cycling etc
WE obviously love meeting new people and seen as theres the wild fig cafe/restaurant nearby it would only be rude not to have a few drinks!
The room available is a double , with built in wardrobe. So all you would need is a bed really. Bathroom would be shared with 1 other.
We are happy to have a male/female, but either way it's imperative we meet someone who's similiar and wouldnt shy away from socialising.
The rent per week is 1000 dollars between three without bills. We realise this is at the top budget for allot of people but it's an exceptionally nice flat and i'm sure you wouldn't be disappointed.
P.s the surf competitions are held here in april! we have prime spot to watch all
the action!!
