I am a female, young professional in my late twenties with two unfurnished rooms available in a great house in south Scarborough just 5 minutes from the beach. One room has an ensuite and walk in robe and is $220 per week and the other is a decent size with built in robes and you will be sharing a bathroom with me (i'm not a bathroom hog) and is $185. The rest of the house is furnished and has an open plan kitchen and living area, lock up garage for one other car and an open air parking spot for the other as well as a nice sized courtyard. Must be a dog lover as I have a one year old pup. Applicants must be happy to help with cleaning. FIFO welcome. No couples considered. Unfortunately no other animals are allowed at the property. Rooms are available on the 19th of August.
